Weigh In Week 5

I am so tired this week. I’ve been cramming in an hours exercise each night before cooking tea and i’m tired! Weigh in this evening showed i’d lost 1lb. Not brilliant but not bad either. I’m hoping it’ll come off really well in this next week as I’d love to reach my first stone by the end of February (5lb to go!). I think I need to up the exercise so I’m really out of breath and sweaty instead of stopping at an hour just because I need to start the dinner..Perhaps i’ll try that this week and see how I get on.

So week five:2011 done: total loss 9lb, in my sixth week I’m going to try and exercise for longer and put more energy into it, instead of doing lower impact activity i’m going to try higher impact activity. Surely thats got to help the weight loss?
