I stepped onto the scales last Sunday and saw something really ugly! Yep, I saw a really nasty figure glaring back up at me and decided enough was enough. I started tracking what I was eating, weighing everything and controlling myself. I didn’t binge eat when I had a totally crap day on Friday, I pointed a chocolate bar and made allowances for it, like changing what I had for my dinner and it worked out ok! I’ve stayed within my points for the week and i’m so chuffed to say that this week when I stepped onto the scales I am 5lbs lighter! Woohoo!
I’ve also planned the meals for this week, bought lots of fruit to snack on and have lots of water (and squash) to drink! I am going to do this, I am!!
