A loss is a loss…

Went to weigh in last night and lost a measly half a pound. I know a loss is a loss but I have been really good all week and it is so depressing to see such a small loss. I’m hoping to have a better loss next week so will be sticking to my points, tracking, drinking loads of water and doing more exercise.

Not got too much planned for the bank holiday weekend except housework, bit of shopping and helping out at my nephews 2nd birthday party. I cant believe its been nearly 2 years since I had my health scare and I think its certainly put life into perspective. Unfortunately I seem to be heavier than I was last year by about 11lb but I am hoping to be alot lighter this time next year..Sorry i’m rambling on this evening..must need sleep zzzzzzzzzzzz

    I can empathise re the 0.5lb weightloss. I was a bit disappointed this week too (same loss for me), and yet I know I have weighed/pointed/drunk etc – even though I was a bit poorly for a few days.
    It has spurred me on to take my measurements though – something I have been resistant to up til now, cos my trousers are falling down, so I know something is happening…even if it is just blubbler realignment!
