Welcome 2010…

Well where did the last ten years go? What a decade! I’ve done a lot of studying and a lot of growing up…Here’s a quick look at what the last ten years looked like;

2000 – Was in my 2nd year at college studying for my A-levels

2001 – Finished my A-levels and began work as an Office Junior

2002 – Went to University of Central Lancashire, Preston to start my degree in Leisure & Tourism and Management

2003 – Met Greg

2004 – Greg bought the house we live in now

2005 – Greg and I got engaged, I graduated from UCLAN with 2:1 and began my first job in HR as a HR Assistant

2006 – Went to college to start my Certificate in Personnel Practice, got a promotion as HR Administrator

2007 – Got married and began studying part-time at University of Wolverhampton for my Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management

2008 – My nephew was born

2009 – Graduated from uni with my Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Managament and hopefully will soon have Graduate status with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and be completely professionally qualified (management report is written and will be handed in on Monday! eeeekkk!!!!!

So, I wonder what the next 10 years will have in store.. I’m hoping it is going to be the decade that I’ll lose weight, get healthy and start a family. I’m back on the wagon as of today (have weighed myself on my bathroom scales and its not pretty!!!) but will go to weigh in on Wednesday and face the music..wish me luck

Happy New Year everyone x

    WOW your decade is so similar to mine, we must be the same age – I'm 28 next month.

    When you look back at the decade it's so scary how much growing up has been happening.

    Here's to the next decade xxx
