This weeks weigh in showed I’d put on 4.5lb! Total shock, I’ve been good so cannot explain why I put on so much, however am awaiting the arrival of aunt flo this weekend so perhaps that’s her way of letting me know she’s on her way! Quite annoyed though…
Went Christmas shopping on Thursday, managed to purchase quite a number of items for family and had a good look for a few things I wouldn’t mind for my birthday, then went for a pub lunch and really fancied a Ploughmans lunch so indulged on that! Does shopping count as exercise? Really hope so considering we spent at least 5 hours trapesing round the shops!
Yesterday we went to our cousins wedding and I actually wore a dress! Quite enjoyed the day, bought back many memories of our own wedding day and wished I’d lost weight back then…but never mind you live and learn! Have totally got back on track today, as would really love to lose what I put on last week and get to my 4th stone sometime in November. Must get my ass back to the gym and really work at it!

Right off to get on with housework and begin my uni work, 8 weeks until Christmas……help!
