Am very pleased to report that I’m back on track 100%, I’ve stayed within my points everyday since Thursday (i know its only 5 days but its good!), everything I have eaten has been written down and I’ve been drinking loads of water. Am very impressed with myself :o)
Have been cooking all our evening meals from the weight watcher recipe books this week, this evening we had ratatouille pie, yesterday we had sausages with roasted veg yorkshires and saturday night we had spaghetti bolognese. Tomorrow Greg’s cooking speedy turkey and potato pie which we’ve had before and it is delish!
Thought I’d update you all with a new piccy of me….took this about an hour ago and i’m quite pleased I don’t look too heffalumpy on it (sorry about the quality though, my blackberry’s camera is awful!)
Been thinking about my targets too and I’m still aiming to lose my 4th stone within October. I would have loved to have lost it by October but my yo-yoing didn’t help that.. Fingers crossed I get there…
Just before I go (lunches to prepare for tomorrow and ironing to do!) here’s a piccy of my very lovable Mikey…he’s so noisy but very cute (some of the time!)
