ok, so Wednesday’s weigh in was VERY unpleasant….according to the scales I put on 5lb! As you can imagine it hit me hard and I was totally gutted. I’ve given myself a massive rollicking, changed the way I keep track of my points (my sis gave me her ww tracking book she got free when she joined) and I have vowed to take control and not cheat with myself and STICK to it 100%. So far, so good, I’ve eaten all my daily points, written everything down, I’ve been drinking lots of squash and I feel good. I’ve also updated my stats on here even though I am ashamed of them but its the truth!
