- Not step on my scales at home until next Tuesday!
- Drink loads more water / squash instead of pepsi max
- Exercise more (including taking Mikey for walkies and putting more effort in at the gym!)
- Only eat ww chocolate bars and not naughty Cadburys ones!
- Get back to weighing everything instead of guessing
On the plus side, I stayed at the meeting tonight which was very different to the one I was used too and the people werent as friendly but the leader is much nicer, and I won the raffle taking home a set of shiny measuring spoons! This week I really would love to lose 3lbs taking my total loss to 3 stone so here is my pledge to try everything possible to try and do that!! Have a good week x
