Disappointed….

Only lost half a pound this week and I know before you say it, a loss is still a loss, but half a pound is rubbish! Therefore I am going to give it my all this week and do the following..
  • Not step on my scales at home until next Tuesday!
  • Drink loads more water / squash instead of pepsi max
  • Exercise more (including taking Mikey for walkies and putting more effort in at the gym!)
  • Only eat ww chocolate bars and not naughty Cadburys ones!
  • Get back to weighing everything instead of guessing

On the plus side, I stayed at the meeting tonight which was very different to the one I was used too and the people werent as friendly but the leader is much nicer, and I won the raffle taking home a set of shiny measuring spoons! This week I really would love to lose 3lbs taking my total loss to 3 stone so here is my pledge to try everything possible to try and do that!! Have a good week x
